Returns & Complaints
If an item does not fit or you do not like it, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.
Please fill out our return form completely. This will enable us to process your return as quickly as possible:

IMPORTANT: Only items that have been registered via our returns portal can be refunded. Please make sure that you register ALL items.
How does the return take place?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return
- You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request has been approved

Which items can be returned?
You can return the items within 14 days of receipt. The prerequisite for a return or refund is:
- The product must be unused and unworn.
- The product must be in its original condition and original packaging.
- Garments must have the original labels attached.
- Accessories must have all parts of the original packaging.
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
Are there any fees for the return?
As a rule, we do not bear the costs of return shipment. These must be borne by the customer. Make sure that your return shipment has sufficient postage. We recommend returning the goods as an insured parcel, not as a letter.
The return costs must be paid by the customer and will not be covered by us. If the true order value after the return is less than 99€, we reserve the right to deduct the free shipping from the refund amount. You can find more information under the menu item "Returns & Complaints".
How quickly is the processing done?
We will process your return as soon as possible. You will receive an automatic notification as soon as we refund the outstanding amount via the payment method you used. If you have not received a notification from us after 21 days, please contact info@sportsbabe-shop.com.
Exchange
However, if this is your first order, we offer you a free exchange for your first order. This means that if the size does not fit you, we will exchange your item for the correct size free of charge. In this case, however, your item should not be dirty or damaged.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a direct exchange at the moment. However, you can return your item to us and we will refund the amount immediately after receiving the return. Afterwards, you can immediately order a new matching item.
Returns for promotions with multiple purchases
For returns of at least one item from multiple purchase promotions (e.g. 2 for 1), the following applies:
- If you do not return the item(s) you received for free, no money will be refunded.
- If you return one or more goods for which you have paid, your invoice will be adjusted to the value of the products you are keeping.
- If you have purchased an item that entitles you to a gift or discount on another item, this gift/discount item must be returned with the item that entitled you to the gift or discount. If this is not followed and you keep the gift/discount item, we will send you an invoice for the value of that product. In the event of an exchange, gifts or discounts cannot be credited to other items and cannot be transferred to other orders.
- If you return any part of an order made as part of a promotion, the discount will no longer apply.
Complaints
If you receive a defective product or if your item should break during use due to a production error, we will of course help you in the quickest way possible.
As a consumer, you should complain about a defect within a reasonable period of time. The warranty period is 2 years, but after the first 6 months after receiving the product, the buyer must prove that the defect existed from the beginning.

- Attach a photo of the defective item
