If an item does not fit or you do not like it, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.

How to return the goods?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return
  • You will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions once the return request has been approved

Which items can be returned?

You can return the items within 14 days after receipt. Prerequisite for a return or refund is:

  • The product must be unused and unworn.
  • The product must be in original condition and original packaging.
  • Garments must have the original labels attached.
  • Accessories must have all parts of the original packaging.

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any fees for the return?

The costs of return shipping can only be borne by us in exceptional cases. These must usually be borne by the customer. Make sure that your return shipment is sufficiently stamped. We recommend the return as an insured package, not as a letter.

How fast is the processing?

We will process your return as soon as possible. You will receive an automatic notification as soon as we refund you the outstanding amount via the payment method you used. If you have not received a notification from us after 14 days, please contact us at info@sportsbabe-shop.com.

Exchange

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. However, you can return your item to us and we will refund you immediately after receiving the return. After that, you can immediately order your matching item again.

Returns for actions with multiple purchases

For returns of at least one item from multiple purchase promotions (e.g. 2 for 1), the following applies:

  • If you return the item(s) you got for free, no money will be refunded to you.
  • If you return one or more goods for which you have paid, your invoice will be adjusted to the value of the products you keep.
  • If you have purchased an item that entitles you to a gift or discount on another item, that gift/discount item must be returned with the item that entitled you to the gift or discount. If this is not followed and you keep the gift/discount item, we will send you an invoice for the value of that product. In the event of an exchange, gifts or discounts cannot be credited to other items or transferred to other orders.
  • If you return any part of an order made during a promotion, the discount will no longer apply.

Complaints

If you receive a defective product or your item breaks during use due to a production defect, we will of course help you in the fastest way possible.

As a consumer, you should complain about a defect within a reasonable period of time. The warranty period is 2 years, but after the first 6 months after receiving the product, the buyer must prove that the defect existed from the beginning.
